On existing older homes, we particularly look to remove all flaking paint, bubbles, blisters and rust, fill gaps, cracks and imperfections, and sand all surfaces. We also prime all bare timbers and fillers before painting, sand in between coats, and ensure windows and doors function properly after painting.
